Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Important Notice: We can only accept returns for items that are unopened and sealed. To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened.


Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must provide photo proof of the damage within 3 days of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

For packages lost during transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you with a refund or replacement.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Opened or unsealed items, as we only sell new and unopened merchandise

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to countries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging — along with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
