Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: All orders have a standard fee.

  • Priority Processing: For an additional fee, we offer priority processing to expedite the handling of your order. With priority processing, your order will be processed within 24 hours to 48 hours, ensuring it is shipped out faster than standard orders.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard orders typically process within 48 hours to 72 hours after being placed.

  • The order cut-off time is 12 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

  • During high-demand times such as new product launches or special drops, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Times

  • US Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after processing to our US customers.

  • International Shipping: Orders generally arrive within 8 to 16 business days, depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • Shipping Big Labubu's: Orders generally arrive within 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location and customs procedures for our bigger Labubu's as it is a higher cost shipment.

    Change of Address

    • Changes to the shipping address can be made within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. After this time, we cannot guarantee address changes.

    Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us at team@toymart.com for any cancellation requests.

    Damaged Packages

    • If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us at team@toymart.com within 3 days of delivery, along with photos of the damaged item. We will issue a full refund or offer a replacement based on your preference.
